Setting account lockout time

Use this section to specify when a locked account can be unlocked.

Oracle CX Audience locks an account after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.

If the account is locked, the login page will display a notification. In addition, the user and the Account Administrator will receive an email notification.

The user will be able to log in again with the correct user name and password after the specified lockout time (60 minutes by default). To change the lockout time, select the option you want.

Note: If you select Set login lockout time to indefinite, you will always have to unlock the account manually. Users will not be able to attempt to log in.
