Signing in to Oracle CX Audience

Once your administrator has created your CX Audience user profile, you will receive an email with your user name and a link to set a new password the first time you sign in.

Note: If you are not familiar with your credentials (Username and Password), please contact your CX Audience administrator.

To sign in directly with your CX Audience credentials:

  1. Open your web browser and go to the link sent in the email with your credentials.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Sign In.

Note: If you have forgotten your password, click Can't sign in?. Enter your Username (account login ID) and click Submit. Password reset instructions will be emailed to you.
