Integrating with Datalogix (Oracle Data Cloud)

The Oracle CX Data Cloud (Datalogix) integration is an optional add-on that organizations may purchase with Oracle CX Audience. If your organization purchased this add-on, there are two steps to making it work.

Step one should already have been done by your primary Cloud Services Account Administrator for Oracle CX Audience. When they activated your CX Audience subscription in Oracle Cloud Portal, they should have selected the Oracle CX Audience - Data Cloud Integration add-on. They can verify that this was done by logging in to Oracle Cloud Portal, and then viewing the CX Audience subscription details.

Step two: Set up the integration in CX Audience:

  1. Log in to CX Audience using your Account Administration credentials.
  2. From the CX Audience home page, click the navigation menu (Navigation menu icon), and then click Account.
  3. On the Account Management page, locate Integrations and click Datalogix (Oracle Data Cloud) Integration.
  4. On the resulting page, select a profile (Customer Data) list to use data from Oracle Data Cloud.

    Important: Currently, you can only integrate with one list. If you are integrated with Oracle Responsys, we recommend choosing the same list that you configured as part of that integration.

  5. Click Save.
