Administrator and user activities

Oracle CX Audience is designed for both account administrators and users with varied admin-assigned permissions.

Account administrators

Administrators have full access to all features and functionality.

Administrator activities include the following.

  • Add and manage user logins and privileges
  • Manage and customize account settings and functionality
  • Set campaign defaults and templates
  • Define and manage reply-to addresses

Users

Users within an account can share and access all its folders. Folders can contain campaign resources such as message and form content, data sources (lists, custom tables, filters, and connections to external databases), reports, rules, campaigns and forms.

Notes

  • Depending on admin-assigned access privileges, some users may be restricted from certain activities.
  • After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your admin-assigned password.
