Signing in to Oracle Eloqua

Once your administrator has created your Oracle Eloqua user profile, you typically receive a welcome email titled Welcome to the Eloqua Community! from an eloqua.com email address. This welcome email contains you user name, company name, and a link to set a new password the first time you sign in. Your administrator though may provide you with a different experience.

There are two methods of signing in to Oracle Eloqua:

Note: If you are not sure what your user name and company name are, contact your administrator.

Signing in to Oracle Eloqua directly using your Oracle Eloqua credentials

To sign in to Oracle Eloqua directly, you require your Company Name as well as your user name and password.

To sign in to Oracle Eloqua directly with your Oracle Eloqua credentials:

  1. Navigate to https://login.eloqua.com.
  2. Enter your Company Name, Username, and Password. You must enter the exact values from the welcome email that you received.

  3. Click Sign In.

Note: If you have forgotten your password, click Can't Access Your Account?. Enter your Company Name and Username and click Submit. Password reset instructions will be emailed to you.

Signing in using single sign-on

Before you can sign in to Oracle Eloqua using this option, single sign-on (SSO) must be configured. Once configured, you can sign in using your Company Name and Identify Provider information.

To sign in to Oracle Eloqua using single sign-on:

  1. Navigate to https://login.eloqua.com.
  2. Click Sign in with SSO or another account.

  3. Enter your Company Name, then click Sign In. You must enter the exact company name value from the welcome email that you received.
  4. Select your Identity Provider from the drop-down.
  5. Click Sign In.

Note: If your company uses SSO to log in to Oracle Eloqua, your system administrator can also enable a post-logout website redirection to the desired login area. By default, a session timeout or logout from Oracle Eloqua returns you to the standard Oracle Eloqua login area. Enabling a post-logout redirection can help to avoid any confusion for users who would otherwise sign in elsewhere using SSO.

Tip: If you are using Microsoft Edge or Sales Tools for Microsoft Outlook to access the Oracle Eloqua sign in page in an iframe, an addition should be made to trusted sites. Add https://*.eloqua.com and the URL of the site where the login page (Oracle Eloqua and/or Sales Tools) is being iframed. The browser must be closed fully and restarted before the change is recognized. For additional information, see this Topliners post about Oracle Eloqua login enhancements.

If you cannot log in to Oracle Eloqua and your administrator has tried to resolve the issue, your administrator can log a service request with Oracle Support.
