Running Campaign Reports

Important: Oracle Guided Campaigns is only available if you have purchased licenses. For Standard and Enterprise Eloqua trims, you are entitled to 5 and 10 free licenses respectively. If you require additional licenses, or are on Eloqua Basic, please contact your account representative for more information.

Oracle Guided Campaigns reports provide insight into the effectiveness of your campaign. The following dashboards are available:

  • Account Engagement Overview

  • Campaign Performance

To view a report:

  1. Open the Oracle Guided Campaigns campaign.

  2. To toggle between the report and the campaign summary screen, use the buttons at the bottom of the page.

Account Engagement Overview dashboard

The Account Engagement Overview dashboard provides an account-centric view of marketing metrics. It organizes marketing metrics by account rather than leads, channel, or product. The same report is available in Eloqua.

Campaign Performance dashboard

The Campaign Performance dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of campaign activity.

Your dashboard will only show your Opportunity data if you used a tactic that facilitates opportunity qualification, and you enabled it to allow for automatic lead and opportunity creation.

Metrics

Let's have a look at the available metrics!

Summary metrics

Audience Targeted

The number of unique accounts (based on Company Name) and unique contacts that were targeted in the campaign.

Email Sends

The total emails delivered (factoring in email unsubscribes and email bounce backs)

Email Engagement

The total clickthroughs. This includes multiple clicks by the same recipient. System Action links are not tracked.

The total clickthroughs divided by the total number of times an email was delivered. (Total Clickthroughs / Total Delivered)

Dashboard metrics

Email Sends The total emails delivered (factoring in email unsubscribes and email bounce backs).
Email Opens The total email opens.
Email Clicks The total clickthroughs. This includes multiple clicks by the same recipient. System Action links are not tracked.
Page Views The number of times that a page was viewed. A visitor might view the page multiple times during a visit and this metric counts each of those views. One page view is counted every time the page is loaded.
Form Submits The total forms submitted. This includes multiple submissions by the same contact.

Account Engagement metrics

Account Name Name of the account targeted in the campaign (based on Company Name).
Email Sends The total emails delivered (factoring in email unsubscribes and email bounce backs) at the account for this campaign.
Email Opens The total email opens at the account for this campaign.
Email Click Rate The total clickthroughs divided by the total number of times an email was delivered. (Total Clickthroughs / Total Delivered).
Page Visits The number of times that a page was viewed by a known contact from this account for this campaign.
Form Submits The total forms submitted at the account for this campaign.
