Important: Oracle Service Cloud is now known as Oracle CX Service. This change in name may not immediately reflect everywhere in the Oracle Eloqua user interface.

Oracle Eloqua's CX Service products provide consistent customer experience capabilities across channels.

The Service Cloud app allows you to make decisions on Eloqua contacts based on information stored in CX Service. For example, "Does this contact have an open case?" or "Has this contact called into support 5 or more times in the last 30 days?"
