Viewing WeChat reports

Important: The Oracle Eloqua WeChat app has been removed from the Oracle Cloud Marketplace and is no longer available for download. For customers with the app enabled, the app will remain active in its current form until December 1, 2022, after which the app will be sunset and no longer be available for use.

You can view a variety of reports on the Eloqua-WeChat Integrator app dashboard.

To view WeChat reports:

  1. In Oracle Eloqua, click the cloud menu An image of the Cloud Menu icon, which is represented by a gray cloud. icon on the right hand side to expand it.
  2. Click WeChat Message Gallery.

    The Welcome Message page is displayed.

  3. Click Dashboard and then select one of the following tabs to display the corresponding reports:

Viewing the broadcast message sending Log

Broadcast message reports provide data about messages, campaigns, and messages sent compared to messages delivered. Data is generated within 24 hours after sending messages.

To view the broadcast message sending log:

  1. Click Dashboard and then click Broadcast Message Sending Log.

  2. From the date selectors in the upper right, specify a time range to query and then click the search icon.

  3. Alternatively, click Campaign, select a campaign from the list, and click the search icon to search for the broadcast message log for a specific campaign.

Viewing rich media message analysis

WeChat statistics reports let you determine which articles are the most interesting for your followers.

  1. Click Dashboard and then click Rich Media Message Analysis.

  2. Select the campaign from the list.

  3. Review your report to determine which articles are the most interesting for your followers.
  4. Click the links in the Article title column to review the trend over time for each article.

Viewing WeChat event reports

Event reports provide data on registrants and attendees.

  1. Click Dashboard and then click WeChat Events.

  2. Search for an event from event list. Its report displays the following event data:
    • Total Registrants: The total number of contacts who has registered the event
    • Total Confirmed Registrants: The total number of contacts who has accepted and saved the WeChat electronic ticket of the event
    • Total Attendees: The total number of contacts who has shown the ticket verified by the ticket verification tool of mini program
    • Registrant Confirmation Rate: (Total Confirmed Registrants / Total Registrants)*100%
    • Attendee Rate: (Total Attendees / Total Registrants)*100%

Viewing WeChat referrals reports

WeChat referrals reports lets you review the ranking list of qualified candidates who joined in the activity in order to share the poster to invite their friends. With this report, query all qualified WeChat Followers for the activity.

  1. Click Dashboard and then click WeChat Referrals Report.
  2. Search for and select a WeChat referral activity.

    You will see two tabs: Qualified Followers Ranking List and Top 50 Influential Followers Ranking List.

Qualified Followers Ranking List

Note: When you search for a referral activity for the Qualified Followers Ranking List report, only those that have the Qualification Option enabled will be displayed.

This tab shows you all the qualified followers for the Referral Activity you selected. You will see five elements under this tab:

  • Sequence Number: The total number of followers who have completed the activity to be qualified.
  • Avatar: The avatar of the WeChat followers who have been qualified for the activity.
  • Nickname: The nickname of the WeChat followers who have been qualified for the activity.
  • OpenID: The OpenID of the WeChat followers who have been qualified for the activity.
  • Qualified Datetime: The date and time on which the WeChat follower qualified for the activity.

Top 50 Influential Followers Ranking List

Use this tab to see a list of the top 50 WeChat followers who attracted the most WeChat users to join in the WeChat referral activity. You will see five elements under this tab:

  • Sequence Number: The number that indicates the follower's rank in the Top 50 Influential Followers Ranking List.
  • Avatar: The avatars of the WeChat followers in the Top 50 Influential Followers Ranking List.
  • Nickname: The avatar and nickname of the WeChat followers who influenced the most WeChat followers to join the activity.
  • OpenID: The OpenID of the WeChat followers who influenced the most WeChat followers to join the activity.
  • Number of Influenced Followers: The total number of WeChat followers who the follower influenced to join the activity.
