Testing webhook connections

Before enabling and linking webhooks in Eloqua Programs or Campaigns, you must successfully test it. The app will interpret any 2xx response as successful.

Good to Know: you need to re-test your webhook after making any changes.

To test webhook connections:

1. Open the connection in the Webhook app.
2. Select the Run Test menu on the main screen.
3. A notification message will be displayed. Click the View details link.
4. The new screen will display the test request and related response details.

   

   

Tip: you can always access the latest test log by clicking the "Test Logs" button in the webhook menu.
