Disabling whitelist validation for form redirect domains

You can use a domain whitelist to validate the domains that can be redirected to when an Oracle Eloqua form is submitted.

By default the whitelist is enabled. If a form is set up to redirect to a domain not on the whitelist, the form submission data is recorded, but an error page is displayed to the form submitter instead. You can disable this domain whitelist so that users can redirect the form submitter to any domain.

To disable whitelist validation for Form Redirect Processing

  1. Click Settings An image of the Settings menu icon, which is represented by a black cog., then click Security under Users and Security.
  2. Click Domain Whitelist Configuration.
  3. Click the Form Redirect Processing tab.
  4. Click Disable Domain Whitelist to turn off domain whitelist validation. You can enable the whitelist again at anytime.
