Oracle CX Content integration

Important: Oracle Content and Experience Cloud is now known as Oracle CX Content. This change in name may not immediately reflect everywhere in the Oracle Eloqua user interface.

The integration with Oracle CX Content enables Oracle Eloqua users to insert published images from CX Content's asset repository into Eloqua responsive emails and landing pages. The integration also allows users to upload images to CX Content directly from within Eloqua. This allows Eloqua users to leverage Oracle CX Content's extensive asset repository capabilities to store content, while using Eloqua to design marketing assets.

Note: The recent Google Chrome version 84 update contains a default setting in chrome://flags/ that may prevent the Oracle CX Content integration iframe from loading. Make sure that Chrome's 'SameSite by default cookies' setting is set to 'Disabled.'

When designing your emails and landing pages, this integration provides you with the option to insert published image assets from Oracle CX Content into your Eloqua assets. The image chooser displays a tab for you to select your published Oracle CX Content assets and enables you to upload and publish images from your computer.

The Oracle CX Content integration must be enabled by submitting a service request to My Oracle Support (MOS). Learn more about enabling the integration and the information that needs to be provided to MOS.
