Viewing a user's last login

Oracle Eloqua provides the option to see the last login date for users. You can see when the user last logged in, and easily find their email address and other user details on the same page. This information is part of the user export as well. If the field is blank, it means that the user has either not yet logged in or that the last login was over 24 months ago.

To view a user's last login:

  1. Under SettingsAn image of the Settings menu icon, which is represented by a black cog., click Users in the Users and Security area. This will bring you to a new page.
  2. Under All Users, click on a user.

    The Edit User page opens.

  3. Scroll down to the Login Details section.

In this section, you'll see when the user logged in. Based on this information, you could, for example, decide to email the user to see if they still require the account.
