The following table shows the various APIs available for Responsys and their availability. To request access to the APIs released under our Controlled Availability program, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request. To obtain access to APIs that require an additional SKU, please contact Oracle Sales.

The standard REST API is generally available and is complimentary (that is, does not require an additional SKU). The Advanced REST API, Asynchronous API, and Asynchronous Reporting API are Controlled Availability but complimentary (do not require an additional SKU). The Events API and AFTM API are Controlled Availability and DO require an additional SKU. The SOAP API is Controlled Availability and access is complimentary, but it is available to existing customers only.
