Configure Import ORCE Loyalty Program
Oracle Responsys can be integrated with Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE). This integration enables you to use the customer analytics data from ORCE in your Responsys marketing programs.
Before you can set up a Connect job to import ORCE data, you must perform account-level configurations. This topic describes how to configure the import of ORCE Loyalty Program data.
To configure your account for integration with ORCE:
- From the Responsys navigation menu, choose Account. The Account Management page is displayed.
- Locate the Connect section, and then click Configure Import ORCE Loyalty Program. The Source Connectivity information is displayed.
- Complete the information, and click Save.
After you have completed the account-level configuration, you can set up a Connect job to import ORCE data.
