Change Field Names

Typing in new field names by hand:

• Rename the fields as you like, using only the characters listed below the table.
• If you leave the text box empty for a form field, that field name will not be changed in the form document.

Matching form field names to data source field names:

• For each field in the form, choose the field name from the data source that should be used instead.
• If you leave --do not rename-- selected for a form field, that field name will not be changed in the form document.
