Form Input Prefill Report

To locate the Form Input Prefill Report – On the Folders page, right-click the form you want. Select Properties, and click Which Form Fields Can Be Prefilled.

For each input field in your response form, this report indicates:

  • Prefilled – Corresponding field can be prefilled from the profile tables or associated List.
  • User-Supplied – Corresponding field appears in a response table. Recipient is expected to supply a value when submitting the form.
  • Unmatched – Corresponding field does not appear in associated List, profile tables, or response tables. This field cannot be prefilled, and therefore if recipient supplies a value it will not be captured in any response table.

Notes

  • Unmatched fields generally indicate a problem in campaign design, because you have a field in a response form that serves no purpose: neither personalization nor information gathering.
  • As with unmatched text replacement fields, be sure you’ve spelled your input field names correctly, and that your tables actually contain the fields you’re using.
