Creating Data Sources from SQL Statements

An SQL statement applies your Structured Query Language statements to internal data sources.

Warning: You can damage your data with an incorrect SQL statement. Writing an SQL statement requires a technical knowledge of the database schema.

About duplicate fieldnames

To update the data source later, click next to its name in the Folders list, and choose Change SQL from the pop-up menu.
