Understanding Hosted Content
The hosted content feature allows you to manage and upload images and other files to be hosted by Oracle Responsys. Having a static URL for hosted files makes it easier to reuse this content (in multiple campaigns or even in links on your website) without having to upload them for each campaign, or guess at the appropriate URL.
To access this feature, click 
Content on the side navigation bar, and select Hosted Content. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Side navigation bar changes topic.) From this page you can upload and publish files, unpublish files (making them temporarily unavailable), view the status of all hosted content, or delete files from the hosting area altogether. Note that there is no maximum file size for uploading, but it is recommended to upload files less than 100 MB.
Warning: Deleting a hosted content file also unpublishes it. Be sure a file is not in use before you unpublish or delete a hosted file.
