Canceling or Rescheduling Campaigns

To cancel or reschedule a launch using the Campaign Calendar:

  1. Click The Campaigns icon Campaigns on the side navigation bar, and select Campaign Calendar. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Side navigation bar changes topic.)

    The Campaign Calendar opens.

  2. Click the launch you want to cancel or reschedule.

    The Campaign Schedule Options dialog opens displaying rescheduling options and the following launch details:

    • Campaign: the campaign scheduled to launch
    • Launch: the launch date and time
    • Launch rate: the maximum number of messages that can be sent each hour.
    • Launch progress notification(s): the email addresses scheduled to receive progress notifications at the start or completion of the launch.
    • Failure notification(s): the email addresses scheduled to receive notifications if a launch fails.
    • Skipped launch notification(s): the email addresses scheduled to receive notifications if a launch is skipped.
    • Note: The above launch details only appear for the fields that have been configured.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • To cancel the launch, select Cancel this launch.

      For a recurring campaign, you can select to cancel just one launch, all launches within a time frame, or all launches for the campaign.

    • To reschedule the launch, select Reschedule this launch and select the new schedule.
  4. Click Change.

    A confirmation message opens.

  5. Click OK.
