Defining Link Categories
To define link categories (account administrator activity only):
- Click Account on the side navigation bar, and select Define Link Categories on the Account Management page.
- Define the values expected to be found in the Link Category field of link tables.
Notes
- To view and validate which link category values are being used in a clickthrough-tracking campaign, click Folders on the side navigation bar, and select Properties from the campaign drop-down list.
- Values in this list are case-sensitive. Example: "New Customer” and "new customer” will be listed separately in reports.
- This list is not checked when a user uploads data or creates a link table from an existing HTML document.
- All link category values found in the link table will be included in reports, even if they are not listed on this page.
