Changing Your Password
Note: You cannot change your password if single sign-on is enabled for the account. In this case, please contact Responsys Support.
To change your password:
- From the side navigation bar, select
Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the
icon.)
- Enter password in the search box, and then select Change Password.
(If the Account Management page shows a page of links instead of a page with a menu and a search box, press Ctrl+F and then search for "Change password". Click the resulting link to continue.) - Enter your old password, enter a new password, and then confirm it by entering it again.
- Your account administrator may have set certain requirements, such as having to include a numerical digit or use a minimum number of characters.
- If you forget your password, click Forgot password on the login page, and we will email you instructions for resetting your password.
