Set Advanced Options

Use the Advanced System Settings page in Oracle Analytics Cloud Console to set up advanced options for Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.

  1. In Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, navigate to the Oracle Analytics Cloud Home page, and then click Console.
  2. Click Advanced System Settings.
  3. On the Advanced System Settings page, select the system setting you want to configure.

    Analytic Content Use the analytic content options to set defaults and customizations for dashboards, analyses, and reports. For example, you can configure the analysis editor to open by default to the Criteria tab or the Results tab. See Analytic Content System Settings.
    Currency Use the currency settings to configure default currency settings for analyses and dashboards. See Currency System Settings.
    Email from Delivers Use these options to customize the way Oracle Analytics sends deliveries. See Email From Delivers System Settings.
    Other Use the settings to set the behavior for a variety of actions such as database queries, default URLs, display defaults, and sorting. See Other System Settings.
    Performance and Compatibility Use these options to configure the performance and compatibility settings between Oracle BI Enterprise Edition and Oracle Analytics.
    Oracle manages the following settings in Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, so you can’t configure them:
    • Always Use DBMS_RANDOM in Oracle Data Sources
    • Maximum Working File Percent Size
    • OBIEE Compatibility Release

    Preview Use these system settings to turn some preview features on and off. The administrator turns a preview feature on so that your organization can evaluate and learn how to use new features before they are available by default in Oracle Analytics. See Preview System Settings.
    Prompt Use these options to configure the prompt behavior in analyses and dashboards. For example, enable search results to automatically display as highlighted when users enter search parameters, without the need to click Search. See Prompt System Settings
    Security Use these options to control how users can perform specific actions in analyses and dashboards. See Security System Settings.
    Time Use these options to configure the default time zone settings. See Time System Settings.
    View Use these options to configure the default search and viewing settings for users working with analyses and dashboards. See View System Settings
