Access All Tasks

By default, employees can only enter time or expenses against the tasks that are assigned to them. When enabled, this feature allows employees to access, and to enter time and expenses against all tasks in the projects they have access to.

Important:

This feature and the Close a Task for a Specific Employee for Timesheets and Expenses optional feature are mutually exclusive. It is not possible to enable both features for your account. See also Close a Task for a Specific Employee for Timesheets and Expenses.

Consider all implications carefully before you enable this feature. When enabling this feature, ensure that employees only have access they need using all access control features. For more information about access control, see Configuring and Using Access Control.
