Disable Export to OpenAir filtering for services in NetSuite integration

Check this box to import all service items from NetSuite into OpenAir.

• When checked, OpenAir NetSuite Connector imports item records from NetSuite into OpenAir as services even if the Export to OpenAir box is not checked on the NetSuite item record.

• Otherwise, OpenAir NetSuite Connector imports an item record only if the Export to OpenAir box is checked on the item record in NetSuite.

Note:

By default, item records are imported from NetSuite into OpenAir if the following conditions are also met:

• The item Type is “Service”. You can modify this behavior to items of all types — See Disable NetSuite service type filtering for services in NetSuite integration.

• The item Subtype is “For Sale” or “For Resale”. You can modify this behavior to disable this condition if you use NetSuite CRM — See Disable NetSuite item subtype filtering for services in NetSuite integration (for NetSuite CRM+ accounts only).
