Documents Bulk Deletion on Download

This feature lets account administrators and users with the relevant role permission delete all documents from a workspace at the same time.

Account administrators control who can access that page using the following role permissions: Download all documents and Delete all documents.

To delete all documents in a workspace:

1. Go to Workspaces > [Select a workspace].

2. Click Download all documents.

   The Download all documents form appears

3. Check the Delete all documents box to delete the documents from OpenAir after downloading them.
