Copy a sales order

Copy a sales order to reuse its customer, items, and other applicable information. Attachments and shipping weight are not copied. For an order that used integrated shipping, the carrier, method, and cost are also not copied. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Sales orders.

To copy a sales order

1. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Sales orders.
2. For the order to copy, open its row Actions menu, and then select Copy.
3. Review and update every section of the new order, especially dates, quantities, fulfillment, shipping, and billing information.
4. Select Submit or Save as draft.

QuickStart creates a separate sales order.
