Configure payment consent

Use Menu > Sales > Settings > Payment consent to customize the legal text that customers see when they authorize supported online card or bank-account payments. QuickStart saves the consent text for the applicable online payment flows without changing the payment methods themselves.

Before you begin

Configure online payment processing before accepting online payments. See Get started with NetSuite Pay.

  1. Open Menu.
  2. Select Sales > Settings > Payment consent.
  3. Under Payment cards, review or edit the legal consent for cards on file and merchant-initiated credit card transactions.
  4. Under Bank account, review or edit the legal consent for bank accounts on file, merchant-initiated bank account transactions, and one-time bank account payments.
  5. Select Apply.

QuickStart saves the consent text used by the supported online payment flows.
