Update my preferences
Use My preferences to manage settings that apply to your own QuickStart user rather than the whole account. From this page, you can manage sign-in methods, active sessions, authorized third-party applications, First Steps visibility, time zone, and regional formats.
Open My preferences
- In the global navigation, select your name or initials.
- Select My preferences.
Security and authentication
Select Security and authentication, and then select the setting you want to manage:
- Authentication: Review your sign-in email, change or remove your password when another sign-in method is available, and add or manage passkeys.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA): Change your authenticator app or generate new backup codes. Generating new backup codes replaces the previous set.
- Active sessions: Select Sign out of all other devices to end every session except the one you are using.
- Third party access: Review apps that can access QuickStart on your behalf and revoke access when it is no longer required.
Some security changes require you to verify your identity before you can continue.
First steps
- Select First steps.
- Turn Show the First steps on or off.
QuickStart saves this preference when you change the switch. This category is only available when your account and access support First Steps.
Region
- Select Region.
- Select your Time zone.
- Select your Regional format and review the examples in Format preview.
- Select Apply.
These settings override the company defaults only for your user account.
