Review gateway exception notifications

Review gateway exception notifications to identify gateway transactions that require attention and track whether each notification has been processed. Open Menu, select Banking, and then select Gateway.

Review gateway exception notifications

  1. Open Menu, select Banking, and then select Gateway.
  2. Select Gateway exception notifications.
  3. Filter or sort the list by gateway exception notification, source transaction, exception type, exception amount, created date, processed status, or memo.
  4. Select a notification to review details such as its merchant account, source transaction, transaction token, exception type, amount, memo, and payment method.
  5. From the notification’s row actions, select one of the following options:
    • Set as processed after you have handled the exception.
    • Set as unprocessed if the exception requires further attention.

The Processed value in the list changes to reflect the selected action.

You can use Download view from the list’s actions menu to download the current list view.
