Customer invoices and payments
Use the Customer invoices and payments report in the Receivables business area in Menu > Reports to compare posting invoice debits with customer payment credits in accounts receivable for a selected period. The report groups activity by transaction type, posting period, customer, and transaction and excludes draft and voided records.
The report uses the accounts receivable impact of each transaction: invoice amounts are debits and customer payment amounts are credits. Results are grouped by transaction type, posting period, customer, and transaction. Draft and voided transactions are excluded.
Open Menu > Reports. In Search by report or description, enter Customer invoices and payments, press Enter, and select the report. Select Change date range, choose the fiscal period or enter the start and end dates in the Date range drawer, and apply the change. As needed, filter by Transaction type, Customer, Transaction ID, Status, or Customer type. Expand a period or customer to review the contributing transactions.
