Configure SaaS metrics preferences

Select the account that QuickStart uses to calculate the Customer Acquisition Cost metric for SaaS reporting. Select Menu, then select Accounting > Settings.

Before you begin

You need permission to update company preferences. Create the account that tracks customer acquisition costs before selecting it here.

Configure SaaS metrics preferences

1. Select Menu, then select Accounting > Settings.
2. On the Accounting card, select Accounting preferences.
3. Select SaaS metrics preferences.
4. In Customer acquisition cost account, select the account that records the cost of acquiring new customers.
5. Select Apply.

QuickStart uses the selected account when calculating Customer Acquisition Cost for SaaS reporting.
