Sales by sales channel

Use the Sales by sales channel report to compare sales assigned to each sales channel. The report defaults to the previous rolling year.

Run the report

1. Open Menu > Reports. In Search by report or description, enter the report name and press Enter.
2. Select Sales by sales channel.
3. Select Change date range to choose the period.
4. Filter by Sales channel, Transaction type, Customer, Transaction amount, or Status, as applicable.
5. Review the total for each sales channel.
6. To download the results, select Export as Excel (.xlsx). To create a PDF, select More actions > Export as PDF.

The report totals sales orders minus return authorizations. Transactions without an assigned sales channel remain unclassified.
