Review an Ask Oracle action

Approve or reject an action when Ask Oracle needs permission to change QuickStart data. The action does not run while Approval required is displayed.

Review the action

1. In the Ask Oracle conversation, find Ask Oracle wants to perform this action.
2. Review the complete action description and confirm that the proposed values and affected record are correct.

3. Choose one of the following:

   • Select Approve to allow Ask Oracle to submit the action.

   • Select Reject to prevent the action from running.

4. Review the final status in the conversation. Approved confirms your decision, but Action failed means that the approved action could not be completed. Rejected, Expired, and Cancelled mean that the action did not run.

You cannot send another message or upload a file while approval is required. For accounting or financial actions, review the resulting record and its accounting impact after the action completes.
