Delete a return authorization

Delete an eligible return authorization created by mistake. Deletion cannot be undone. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Returns.

Before you begin

No items can have been received and no dependent credit or refund transaction can prevent deletion.

To delete a return authorization

1. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Returns.
2. For the return authorization, open its row Actions menu, and then select Delete.
3. Confirm the deletion.

QuickStart removes the return authorization from the Returns list.
