Data import
Use Menu > Administration > Data import > File import to create or update supported QuickStart records from CSV files. The area provides record-specific templates, import submission and status, error details, and preferences that control how files are parsed and processed.
Open Menu > Administration > Data import and select File import. The File import area contains:

Import status, where you start an import and review submitted imports.

Import preferences, where an administrator configures CSV delimiters and file character encoding for the account.
