Get started with sales order confirmations

QuickStart can automatically email an order confirmation to the customer contact on a sales order after the order is submitted. The email includes the order number, order date, and sales order PDF.

Enable sales order confirmations

1. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Settings > Customer notifications.
2. Under Sales order confirmation, select Send order confirmation email.
3. Select Apply.

Newly submitted orders send the confirmation to the customer contact specified on the order.
