Delete a sales order

Delete an eligible sales order that has no linked records or dependent transactions. Deletion cannot be undone. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Sales orders.

Before you begin

The order must have Draft, Open, or Voided status with no linked records. You also need the Administrator or Full business access profile.

To delete a sales order

1. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Sales orders.
2. For the sales order, open its row Actions menu, and then select Delete.
3. In the confirmation dialog, select Delete sales order.

QuickStart removes the sales order from the list.
