Get started with fulfillment updates

QuickStart can automatically email a shipping confirmation to the customer contact on a sales order after items are shipped. For multiple shipments, the customer receives an email for each shipment. The message can include shipped items, shipping address, carrier, and tracking number.

Enable fulfillment updates

1. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Settings > Customer notifications.
2. Under Fulfillment updates, select Send shipping confirmation email.
3. Select Apply.

Future item fulfillments send the notification to the customer contact specified on the order.
