Copy an existing quote

Copy a quote when a new quote should reuse its customer, items, pricing, and other applicable information. Attachments are not copied. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Quotes.

Before you begin

You need an existing quote and permission to create quotes.

To copy a quote

1. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Quotes.
2. For the quote to copy, open its row Actions menu, and then select Copy.
3. Review the new quote. QuickStart does not copy the quote title, expiration date, purchase order, memo, or status. Quote date defaults to today and Sales rep defaults to the logged-in user.
4. Update the customer, items, prices, dates, and other information for the new quote.
5. Select Submit.

QuickStart creates a separate quote.
