Print a return authorization

Use Menu > Sales > Returns to open a return authorization and select More actions > Create PDF. QuickStart generates a printable representation of the authorization that you can review, download, or print with the browser’s PDF controls.

To print a return authorization

1. Open Menu, and then select Sales > Returns.
2. Select the RA number to open the return authorization.
3. Select More actions > Create PDF.
4. Use the browser controls to download or print the PDF.
