Checking SuiteProjects Pro Service Status
Effective August 19, 2025, SuiteProjects Pro service status information is incorporated into the NetSuite status page at https://status.netsuite.com/
. The previous SuiteProjects Pro status page URL redirects automatically to the new status page.
The NetSuite service status page is a communication tool used to inform you of service interruptions, degraded performance, and unplanned outages across Oracle NetSuite services. If you can't access the SuiteProjects Pro user interface your SuiteProjects Pro account URL, you can check the service status at https://status.netsuite.com.
The status page includes the following sections:
-
Metrics – The NetSuite status page shows the number of application requests made and the average uptime across all NetSuite services except SuiteProjects Pro over a rolling 12-month window, updated monthly. These metrics aren't available for SuiteProjects Pro on the NetSuite status page.
-
Subscribe to Updates – Click Subscribe to Updates to receive email or phone updates regarding incident reports that are published to the status page.
-
Current Status – View the current status of NetSuite services across the different data center regions.
For SuiteProjects Pro service status information, find the row for SuiteProjects Pro in the Current Status table. Other rows in the Current Status table show the status of other NetSuite services that don't affect SuiteProjects Pro functionality or, in the case of Asynchronous services and SuiteTalk, affect only the SuiteProjects Pro NetSuite integration.
Note:The status page shows only the status of the primary data center for SuiteProjects Pro.
SuiteProjects Pro runs in two geographically separated data centers: a primary data center in Virginia (US Ashburn S) and a secondary data center in Arizona (US Phoenix). The secondary data center provides data mirroring, disaster recovery, and failover capabilities should the primary data center become nonoperational. For more information, see SuiteProjects Pro Data Center.
-
Event Reports – View reports that describe downtime events or service notifications. Downtime events are service interruptions, defects, and outages that affect NetSuite performance or availability. Service notifications provide more information about ongoing events or security concerns. In both cases, posts are updated with the time of event resolution. To receive notifications only for a specific event, click Subscribe next to the event report.
-
Event History – View a history of event reports published to the status page in the past 30 days.
The status page includes status information about other NetSuite services. Asynchronous services and SuiteTalk status affect the SuiteProjects Pro NetSuite integration. However, the status of the following NetSuite services does not otherwise impact SuiteProjects Pro functionality.
-
Application UI – NetSuite user interface
-
Asynchronous Services – NetSuite backend processes, for example, ERP processes and SuiteScript processors
-
Email – NetSuite email infrastructure
-
SuiteAnalytics Connect – ODBC, JDBC, and ADO.NET connections to NetSuite data
-

-
SuiteCommerce Checkout – web store checkout processing for web stores running on NetSuite
-
SuiteCommerce Webstore / Instore – web stores running on NetSuite
-
SuiteTalk – NetSuite SOAP Web Services, NetSuite REST Web Services, and partner integrations
