Creating a Custom Role for the Integration in NetSuite
The SuiteProjects Pro SRP Integration (Bundle ID 369637) bundle creates the 'SuiteProjects Pro Integration Administrator' role. You can use this role, edit it, or create your own custom role for the integration. The bundled role permissions provide a reference for configuring a custom role.
To create a custom role for the Integration in NetSuite:

Sign in to NetSuite as an account administrator.

In NetSuite, go to Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > Manage Roles > New to create a new role.
In NetSuite Next, go to Setup > Users/Roles > User Management > Manage Roles, then click Create role.

Do not add any restrictions to the header portions.

On the Permissions tab, set the permissions for the integration role. See NetSuite Permissions in the SuiteProjects Pro Integration Administrator Role for the permissions and levels in the bundled role. If you use different permission settings, test the role with your integration configuration.

Some role permissions may have an undesirable effect on the integration. For example, SuiteProjects Pro transactions may be posted to a closed accounting period in NetSuite if the 'Override Period Restrictions' role permission is enabled for the authenticated user.
