Disable NetSuite item subtype filtering for services in NetSuite integration (for NetSuite CRM+ accounts only)

If you use NetSuite CRM, check this box to import items of all subtypes from NetSuite into SuiteProjects Pro as services.

• When checked, the integration imports items of all subtypes from NetSuite into SuiteProjects Pro.

• Otherwise, the integration imports only items of subtype 'For Sale' or 'For Resale'.

  Note:

  NetSuite SOAP web services support for the subtype property is limited if you use NetSuite CRM. Disabling the default subtype filter condition to ensure NetSuite items are imported from a NetSuite CRM account into SuiteProjects Pro.

By default, item records are imported from NetSuite into SuiteProjects Pro if the following conditions are also met:

• The item Type is 'Service'. You can modify this behavior to items of all types - See Disable NetSuite service type filtering for services in NetSuite integration.

• The Export to SuiteProjects Pro [custitem_oa_export_to_openair] box is checked on the item record in NetSuite. You can modify this behavior to import items even if the Export to SuiteProjects Pro [custitem_oa_export_to_openair] box is not checked - See Disable Export to SuiteProjects Pro filtering for services in NetSuite integration.
