Changes to SuiteProjects Pro Status Page

Effective August 19, 2025, SuiteProjects Pro service status information is incorporated into the NetSuite status page at https://status.netsuite.com/. The previous SuiteProjects Pro status page URL redirects automatically to the new status page. The new status page offers a consolidated and uniform experience across Oracle NetSuite services.

The following information isn't available in the new status page:

• Uptime and requests metrics – The NetSuite status page shows application requests and average uptime for NetSuite only.

• Advance notice of planned maintenance.

  We continue to post such notice to the SuiteProjects Pro sign-in page and send email notification of upcoming maintenance windows.
