End of Support for Exchange Integration Manager

Support for the SuiteProjects Pro Exchange Integration Manager (EIM) desktop application will end after January 13, 2026.

What is Changing?

Effective January 13, 2026, support for EIM will end. After this date, you will not receive any updates, issue fixes, or customer support for EIM.

Effective October 1, 2026, you may not be able to use EIM to integrate SuiteProjects Pro with Exchange Online. Microsoft will start blocking Exchange Web Services (EWS) requests from non-Microsoft apps to Exchange Online. FAQs

Review the following frequently asked questions and answers:

Which versions of Exchange Server can EIM work with?

Exchange Server 2016 is the only version of Exchange Server that EIM was supported to work before end of support. Exchange Server 2016 reached end of extended support in October 2025. EIM was never officially supported to work with later versions, such as Exchange Server 2019 or SE. The integration between SuiteProjects Pro and later versions of Exchange Server, such as 2019 or SE, may work but we make no guarantees.

Which versions of Windows Server can EIM run on?

EIM was supported to run on Windows Server 2016 and 2019 before end of support. EIM may run on later versions of Windows Server, such as 2022 or 2025, but we make no guarantees.
