Country-Specific Features

Added the Adjusting the ICMS Intrastate Tax Rate for SPED Reports help topic.
Updated the following help topics under Brazil Reports:
- Assessing ICMS, to account for the assessment of ICMS DIFAL, ICMS ST, FCP, and FCP ST tax amounts per state.
- ECD File, to include new supported records.
- Generating Country Tax Reports for Brazil, to add the option to generate reports without department information.
- Including PIS and COFINS Withholding Information, to rename the E-Document Date field to RPS Date and account for a change in how the system populates this field.
- Roles and Permissions for Brazil Reports, to include new custom records.
