Customizing and Uploading Template for Use on the Web

Strategic Modeling provides you a list of pre-defined templates. Using the standard templates, you can verify the account structures that are required for your business needs, and then you can import the template and upload it for use on the Web. For Customizing Templates, see Customizing Templates .
To upload a template for use on the Web:
  1. In Oracle Smart View for Office, connect to the Strategic Modeling data source.
  2. In Smart View panel, expand Strategic Modeling, and then expand Templates.
  3. To import the template and make it available on Cloud. In Smart View pane, right click on the Templates, and then select Import Templates.
  4. In Source Model or Template, navigate to the directory where models or templates are stored.
  5. In New Model Name, enter a unique name for the model.
  6. Click OK. By default, the model is placed at the root.
