Accessing Strategic Modeling

Use this procedure to access Strategic Modeling through Oracle Smart View for Office using an existing private connection.

When you access Strategic Modeling, the login screen is displayed. You must enter credentials for a service instance and identity domain to access Smart View.

To access Strategic Modeling:

  1. Launch Microsoft Excel.
  2. Select Smart View, and then Panel.
  3. In Smart View Home, click Private Connections.
  4. From the drop-down list, select a private connection that you created previously.
  5. Click Go to the selected server or URL button.
  6. Sign into your service instance.
    1. In Enter your Identity Domain, enter identity domain and then click Go.
    2. Enter your user name and password, and then click Sign In.
