Deleting Currencies

You can't delete the default currency.

To delete currencies:

  1. Click Navigator Navigator icon, and then under Create and Manage, click Dimensions.
  2. From Dimension, select Currency.
  3. Select the currency to delete.
  4. For multiple currency applications, click Show Usage icon (Show Usage) to determine if the currency is the default currency. If a Standard multicurrency application is used, determine if the currency is a triangulation currency, or if the currency is associated with an entity. You can't delete a currency that meets these criteria.

    Note:

    For Standard multiple currency applications, if you delete a currency defined in the exchange rate table, it's deleted from the table.

  5. Click Close.
  6. Click Delete icon (Delete), and then click OK.
  7. Update and validate business rules and reports.
