Cell Icons

Icons in a form's cell provide information. Here's what they mean.

  • attachment icon (Attachment): The cell has an attachment.

  • formula icon (Formula): The cell has a member formula.

  • comment icon (Comment): The cell has comments.

  • drill through link (Drill Through): You can drill down on this cell.

  • smart list icon (Smart List): Select a value from a Smart List.
  • drop-down arrow for adding data for a member (Down Arrow): Click the Down Arrow by the member name to select and enter data for other members that are currently suppressed from displaying (either because they have no data and the administrator set the Suppress Missing Data - Rows option in form layout, or the administrator specifically excluded the other members during form definition).
