Configure the Purchase Requisition PDF Using the Extensible Oracle Analytics Publisher Data Model

Use the Oracle Analytics Publisher template to configure your purchase requisition PDF's content, layout, and style to fulfill your specific business needs. You can display additional attributes, including descriptive flexfields, from the Oracle Analytics Publisher data model.

Follow these steps to configure the purchase requisitions PDF report:

  1. In the Navigator, click Reports and Analytics.
  2. In the Business Intelligence Catalog >Shared Folders >Procurement > Self Service Procurement, locate the Requisition PDF Report With Data Model and click Customize. This creates a copy of the report in your Custom folder.
  3. Navigate to Share Folders > Custom>Procurement > Self Service Procurement folder.
  4. Edit the Requisition PDF Report With Data Model template. Hide or show additional attributes by adding from the Requisition PDF Data Model.
  5. Upload the template (select the appropriate locale for your instance).
  6. Select the newly uploaded template as the default template.
